Payments are due every four weeks in advance and can be made by card, direct debit, cheque, bank transfer, or cash.
Unless we breach these terms and conditions, all booked sessions must be paid for, regardless of student absence. No refunds will be given for missed sessions, nor will the fee be carried forward. A session can be rescheduled, at no additional charge, for planned absences if the Admin Team is informed per our terms and conditions.

I will not bring my child into the centre if they are sick and will inform the Admin Team of the sickness. I understand I am required to inform the Centre at least 24 hours in advance, unless this is unreasonable due to the nature of the illness. The missed lesson can then be rescheduled.
For holidays and planned absences, parents/students must give the Centre 2 weeks’ written notice. Payments to the Centre will continue as per the agreed schedule, and makeup lessons will be arranged upon the student’s return. In cases of emergency leave, where 2 weeks' notice is unreasonable, please contact the Admin Team to request a waiver for the notice period.
If a parent/guardian decides to cancel tuition, four weeks’ written notice is required. Fees will continue to be payable during this period, even if the student ceases to attend before the notice ends.
If a parent/guardian decides to amend the number of tuition hours, 2 weeks’ written notice is required. The original hours purchased will remain payable during the notice period.
A £30 refundable registration fee is payable at admission. This fee will not be refunded if the admission is cancelled before 6 months.
After the 4-week cancellation period, the deposit will be refunded, and the admission will be cancelled with immediate effect.
No rescheduled sessions will be awarded once payment has ceased.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure the student arrives safely at the Centre for their sessions.
The Centre reserves the right to exclude a child at any time.
These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between parents and ALC. Any other understanding, whether verbal or written, is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with written notice to our customers.
